Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-08-08
California’s CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in other US states, give you the right to stop your personal information being ‘sold’ or ‘shared’ for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page explains how that applies to banquetplan.com and how to exercise the right.
Background
- We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have. What can happen is narrower: where advertising is served on this site, advertising cookies and device identifiers may be made available to advertising partners. The statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ are wide enough to capture that arrangement, so we treat it as opt-out-able rather than argue about the label.
- No prior relationship with Banquetplan is needed — the right belongs to every visitor to banquetplan.com.
What Follows
The effect is on targeting, not on volume. Ads may still appear, chosen without reference to your browsing. The rest of banquetplan.com works exactly as before — opting out never costs you access, features, or content.
Making the Request
Three ways. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically, and nothing further is required. Or use the consent banner, where presented, to refuse advertising cookies. Or write to hello@banquetplan.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. You do not need an account with us to do any of this.
This is one right among several; the rest are in our State Privacy Notice.
