If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law — California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the growing list of states with similar statutes — this supplements our Privacy Policy and takes precedence over it where the two diverge.
Categories at a Glance
We may handle identifiers (IP, cookie and device IDs), internet and network activity information (which pages of banquetplan.com were requested, and when), and commercial contact data such as an email address where you chose to give one. It originates from your browser and from any analytics or ad partner operating on the site.
Sale, Sharing and Targeted Ads
Personal information is not sold for money by Banquetplan. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.
Requests You Can Make
You may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states also allow you to appeal a refusal. Exercising any of this will not get you worse service, higher prices, or reduced access — discrimination for using these rights is prohibited and we do not do it.
Submitting a Request
Email hello@banquetplan.com and say what you want to do. For opt-outs specifically, the fastest route is to switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we detect and honour it automatically, with no message required. We will verify a request by replying to the address it came from, and respond within the period state law allows. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
